This privacy policy ("Privacy Policy") describes how Appoiint, a division of Tyga.Cloud Ltd ("Appoiint", "we", or "us") collects, uses, and discloses your Personal Data in the course of our business. Throughout this document, we will use a few defined terms.

"Personal Data" when used in this Privacy Policy means any data relating to an identified or identifiable natural person that is processed by Appoiint as described in this Privacy Policy when such information is protected as "personal data" or "personal information" or a similar term under applicable data protection laws.

"Services" when used in this Privacy Policy means all of Appoiint's websites, applications (including, but not limited to, mobile and cloud applications), tools, platforms, and video conferencing services offered by Appoiint, but excluding third party applications.

"Website" when used in this Privacy Policy means the Appoiint website or any other proprietary website owned by Appoiint or that Appoiint has the authority to manage and control and which link to this Privacy Policy.

2. Applicability

Unless stated otherwise, this Privacy Policy only applies to Personal Data for which Appoiint acts as a controller, such as when you visit our Website or create an account for our Services. Please note that when our customers use our Services to directly collect and process Personal Data, such as when our customers use our Services to schedule a video meeting with you or record a meeting, Appoiint acts as a processor (or service provider) on behalf of our customers (who are controllers of the Personal Data) under the Appoiint Data Processing Addendum and Customer Terms and Conditions.

If you have questions about how your data is processed by our customers or wish to exercise your rights with respect to that data, you should contact the customer which collected your information.

3. Information We Collect and Process

Information You Provide Directly to Appoiint

• When You Visit Our Website: We may collect Personal Data from you when you submit information via a web form or otherwise interact with our Website, for example to request a demo, create a help center account, or download resources. In these instances, we may ask for certain Personal Data, such as your name, email address, and phone number.
• Account Information: Appoiint's customers provide Appoiint with Personal Data, including name, email address, username, and password, when they set up their account. If a customer has multiple account holders, then each account holder will provide us with similar information.
• Billing Information: If you purchase a paid version of Appoiint, our third party payment processors will collect and store your billing address and credit card information. We store the last four digits of your credit card number, card type, and the expiration date.
• Marketing Information: People interested in Appoiint's products and services may contact us through forms made available on the Website and voluntarily provide information such as name, email address, phone number, company, and role. People interested in our newsletter may also submit their name and email addresses to join our mailing list.
• Video Meeting Data: When you participate in video meetings through our Services, we may collect and process video recordings, audio recordings, chat messages, screen sharing content, and meeting transcripts as directed by the meeting organizer.

Information Collected Automatically From You

We and our authorized third parties use Cookies, pixels, web beacons, and other technologies to receive and store certain types of information when you interact with us through your computer or mobile device. Using these technologies helps us customize your experience with our Website and Services, improve your experience, tailor marketing messages, and detect and prevent fraud and security risks.

For example, these third party sources may provide Appoiint with name, email address, phone number, location of business, time zone, biographical details, job title, employer, and social media activity details.

We may use information that we collect about you, including Personal Data, for the following purposes:

• Provide the Appoiint Services: We will use your information to provide our Services to you, including to facilitate video conferencing and scheduling; record, transcribe and summarize your meetings; help manage your customer relationships; create and manage your account; respond to your inquiries; prevent or address service errors, security, or technical issues; analyze and monitor usage; prevent spam, fraud and abuse on the Services; and verify your identity.
• Understand and improve our products: We will perform research and analysis about your use of, or interest in, our products, Services or content. We do this to help make our Services better and to develop new Services.
• Communicate with you: We may send you service and administrative emails, promotional communications about new product features, and respond to your questions or comments.
• Protecting Rights and Interests: We will use your information to protect our rights and interests as well as the rights and interests of our customers and any other person, as well as to enforce this Privacy Policy or our Terms.

Appoiint is not directed to children under eighteen (18) years of age, and we do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under 18. If we discover that a child under 18 has provided us with Personal Data, we will promptly delete such Personal Data from our systems.

For educational service providers and schools that use our Services, we provide additional protections and comply with applicable educational privacy laws including FERPA and COPPA where applicable.

• Video Meeting Recordings: You have the right to request deletion of video meeting recordings in which you participated, subject to the meeting organizer's retention policies and legal requirements.
• Additional Rights: Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights including the right to know and access your Personal Data, correct inaccurate information, delete your Personal Data, opt out of certain processing, and data portability.

8. Security and Storage of Information

Appoiint takes the security of your Personal Data very seriously. We work hard to protect the Personal Data that you provide from loss, misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure, and we have taken reasonable steps to help protect the Personal Data we collect.
